General Terms and Conditions of ZIGX GmbH
1. Scope
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of ZIGX GmbH apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods that a consumer or commercial customer (hereinafter both together referred to as "customer") concludes with the seller with regard to the goods offered by the seller in his online shop. The inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is hereby contradicted, unless something else is expressly agreed in writing.
1.2 For contracts for the delivery of goods that have been concluded outside the online shop, these General Terms and Conditions apply accordingly, unless something else is expressly stipulated.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with ZIGX GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply. You can find out more about any shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by deutsche post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. After you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
By advance payment
You will receive an advance invoice with our bank details. After your payment/transfer, delivery will take place immediately. Your ordered items will be reserved for you for 14 days. If no money is received within this time, we will cancel your order.
Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 60 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 60 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods or, in the case of goods in several partial deliveries or pieces, on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial delivery or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, ZIGX GmbH, Ostende 19, 22045 Hamburg, Germany, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, the statutory withdrawal form or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects as soon as possible with the delivery person and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
9. Warranty period and guarantee claim
The guarantee takes effect after the statutory warranty (2 years) and then extends for 3 additional years.
To assert a guarantee claim, please contact our customer support. We require proof of purchase to process the claim.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as this is legally permissible, as well as liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act. We are not liable for consequential damages. The liability amount is limited to the purchase price as far as legally permissible.
11. Dispute resolution

The seller is not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
